Crew Leader (Team Lead – Field Operations)

We’re hiring a Crew Leader to take ownership of a field team and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. In this role, you’ll be the point person on-site—leading your crew, maintaining quality, and making sure customers are taken care of.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with weekend availability

Pay: Up to $30 per hour, based on experience

License/Certification: Driver’s License (Preferred)

Work Location: Jobs based in Londonderry and nearby areas

As Our Crew Leader, You Will:

Lead Daily Operations - Oversee job sites and make sure your crew stays on schedule, follows safety standards, and delivers quality work.

Own Job Quality and Efficiency - Monitor project progress, budgets, and results to ensure work meets expectations.

Be the On-Site Point of Contact - Handle customer questions and requests professionally, involving your supervisor when needed.

Train and Support Your Team -  Guide crew members in best practices, safety, and company standards.

Maintain Equipment and Safety Standards - Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and issues are addressed quickly.
